トウモロコシのトンネル栽培

作物の授業でスイートコーンの栽培について学習します。生徒の授業開始を待っていてはトンネル栽培の時期が遅くなってしまうために、３月中旬に種まきをしてしまいました。その種が４月に入り発芽しました。授業が開始したら、実際に生徒が種まきの時期をずらして栽培方法について学習していきます。

梨の花が咲きました。桜と似ているきれいな花です。梨も桜も同じバラ科の植物です。
お種人参の芽が出る

鹿沼市の板荷地区で唯一栽培を続けている農家にもらったお種人参の種が芽を出しました。播種後２週間ごろから少しずつ発芽をしました。今後は日射と水管理に気を付けて栽培していく予定です。
ペットボトルキャップを寄付しました【インターアクトクラブ】

ペットボトルキャップの回収にご協力いただきありがとうございました。
校内で回収したペットボトルキャップは1年間で10㎏もの量になり、部員できれいに洗った後、鹿沼市に寄付しました。
今回寄付した10㎏のペットボトルキャップで、ポリオワクチン２本を用意することができるそうです。
今後も世界の子どもたちのために、ペットボトルキャップ回収のご協力をお願いいたします。

大型トラクタの活動が始まる

2月に導入した新型トラクタにスタブルカルチを取り付けて、本校の水田９０ａの耕起作業を行いました。従来のトラクタよりも大幅に時間を短縮することができました。今後は生徒の実習でも活用していく予定です。
