第2回 冬季英語ディベート練習会

皆さん、あけましておめでとうございます！　今年度も高文連英語部会をよろしくお願いします。

早速、1月12日（月）第2回冬季英語ディベート合同練習会が宇高で行われました。
生徒の皆さん、大変お疲れ様でした。

参加校数　　10校
（宇高、宇東、宇女、宇北、真女、矢東、大高、栃女、足利、作新）
参加生徒数　約105名
Asian チーム 20チーム、PDAチーム 8チーム

いつも通り、大学生がヘルプ（ジャッジ）に来ていただきました。

使用したモーションは以下になります。

Asian部門

R1 THBT celebrities and artists engaging in political discourse has done more harm than good for democracy.

R2 THBT choosing a career based on money is better than a career based on passion.

R3 THBT the environmental movement should take more radical action in the fight against climate change

      (e.g. blocking  roads, vandalism, blowing up pipelines etc.)

R4 THW significantly relax graduation requrements for schools in underprivileged areas

      (e.g. separate standardised testing, relaxed attendance requirements, flexible submission deadlines, 

              reduced number of subjects)

PDA部門

R1 THBT AI decisions are better than politician's decisions. 

R2 THW introduce AA in companies in Japan. 

R3 THW ban anonymous writing on the Internet.

R4 THBT Japan should introduce a basic income.

R5 THBT Japan should possess nuclear weapons.

次は、2月1日（日）、HPDU栃木県大会と第3回冬季練習会になります。会場は宇高です。
今日の練習したモーションをよく復習して、皆さん大会に練習会にがんばってください！
