The Netherlands must allow 42 Afghans who worked as security guards in the Dutch embassy in Kabul to enter the country, a court ruled on Tuesday. Eighteen people have died and more than 100 have been injured as a result of artillery fire on the besieged city of El Fasher in Sudan's North Darfur region, according to the Sudan Doctors Network.
