本校産の「とちぎ和牛」を販売します！【食料生産科：畜産】

1月１６、１７日、東京食肉市場で「第3回和牛甲子園」が開催されました。全国から４４頭の牛が出品され、本校も2頭の牛を出品しました。入賞は逃したものの、２頭ともに格付けA5、ＢＭＳ１１と素晴らしい結果となりました。また、枝肉重量は出荷牛の中で最も大きい６５０Ｋgとなり、全国にボリュームある「とちぎ和牛」をアピールすることができました。
そのうちの１頭が、２月8日（土）、9日（日）、スーパーオータニさんで販売されます。取り扱い店舗は、一の沢店、鶴田店、明保店、戸祭店です。
