【理科・生物基礎】酵素カタラーゼの実験を行いました
kurihara食料生産科・環境緑地科・ライフデザイン科３年生の生物基礎で、酵素カタラーゼについて実験を行いました。
今回は生のレバーと大根おろし、無機触媒として酸化マンガン(Ⅳ)、比較用に石英砂を用いて、カタラーゼの働きを観察していきます。
例年、生徒たちにとっての最難関は「マッチで線香に火をつけること」なのですが、今年度の３年生は班のメンバーで協力し合い難なくクリア！その他の操作も手際よく進めていきます。
気泡が落ち着いた試験管に過酸化水素水を追加する実験では、
勢いよくあふれ出す泡に各班とも例年以上の盛り上がり（？）でした。
期末テストの出題範囲になるであろうこの実験、バッチリ点数をとってくれることと期待しています！
