Two suspects arrested after the spectacular break-in at the Louvre in Paris have made partial confessions, a prosecutor said on Wednesday. The two men, 34 and 39 years old, are now to be remanded in custody, Paris prosecutor Laure Beccuau said. She said both are known to the police for serious theft offences, and that she hoped that they would make further statements.
