環境緑地科【造園】造園技能士合格への道②

造園技能士３級試験合格に向けて、３年生１０名が練習に取り組んでいます。
第２回目は、竹垣（四つ目垣）の製作その２です。
①胴縁（どうぶち）と立子（たてこ）の竹を切る、②胴縁と立子を取り付ける、③いぼ結び
の３つの行程を練習しました。
そもそも胴縁は、竹垣の横に通す竹の部分をいい、立子は縦に並べる竹の部分をいいます。それぞれ決められた長さに竹を切り、釘やシュロ縄で縛り取り付けます。
そのときに縛る縛り方を「いぼ結び」といいます。
梅雨に入り、なかなか屋外で練習する機会が少なくなりましたが、７月下旬の本番に向けてメンバー全員で頑張ります！！
