Fox News' 'Dana Ding Dong Perino' mocked by Newsom after she lashes out at Trump jibes
1:22
Gov. Gavin Newsom's (D-CA) digital media team continued its trolling of President Donald Trump on Tuesday — but extended its attacks to include a Fox News host in its latest X posts. "DANA 'DING DONG' PERINO (NEVER HEARD OF HER UNTIL TODAY!) IS MELTING DOWN BECAUSE OF ME, GAVIN C. NEWSOM!" the post on Tuesday morning read, using the style Trump frequently uses on his Truth Social platform. "FOX HATES THAT I AM AMERICA’S MOST FAVORITE GOVERNOR ('RATINGS KING') SAVING AMERICA — WHILE TRUMP CAN’T EVEN CONQUER THE 'BIG' STAIRS ON AIR FORCE ONE ANYMORE!!! TRUMP HAS 'LOST HIS STEP' AND FOX IS LOSING...
Germany: Five sentenced for abusing older men after promising sex
1:20
Five young men were sentenced by a German court on Tuesday for abusing and robbing older men after promising them sexual relations online. The defendants aged 20 to 27 were accused of posing as minors on various online platforms, pretending to be looking for sexual encounters with older men. According to prosecutors, the scheme resulted in a number of meetings in 2024 in Aschaffenburg, south-east of Frankfurt, where the defendants are said to have beaten and threatened some of their victims to extort money and vouchers. In one case, the defendants are said to have kept a man in a car for aroun...
Hoeness says Bayern should only sing new players on loan this summer
1:20
Bayern Munich honorary president Uli Hoeness believes that the club shouldn't purchase any more players this summer. "I would strongly advocate filling the squad with a loan player who would be signed until June 30, 2026," he told the Süddeutsche Zeitung newspaper on Tuesday. Bayern are still looking for an offensive player after the departures of Leroy Sané (Galatasaray), Thomas Müller (Vancouver Whitecaps), Mathys Tel (Tottenham) and Kingsley Coman (Al Nassr). Jamal Musiala remains sidelined with a long-term injury, while the attempts to land Germany forward Nick Woltemade from German Cup wi...
German government sees EU-US unity on Ukraine after Washington talks
1:20
The German government believes the Ukraine summit in Washington was a historic meeting that successfully realigned the US government with European positions, government sources said on Tuesday. Monday's meeting in the White House, attended by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and European leaders, reversed the momentum of last week's summit in Alaska between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, the sources said. It also resulted in Putin agreeing to participate in a bilateral meeting with Zelensky during a telephone call with Trump, they added, further testing h...
This Wisconsin pastor wrote a sermon endorsing AOC for president — then he lost his job
1:20
Far-right white evangelicals are applauding a new Internal Revenue Service (IRS) rule that allows pastors to make political endorsements in the pulpit, including the Family Research Council. But Christianity is far from monolithic, and individual churches don't necessarily approve of the practice even though the IRS is now allowing it. In Kenosha, Wisconsin, the Rev. Jonathan Barker found that out the hard way. Barker, until recently, preached at the Grace Lutheran Church, where the liberal/progressive Mainline Protestant pastor planned to give a sermon endorsing Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez ...
