合同練習【バレーボール部】

7月20日日曜日に宇都宮大学にて、宇都宮大学と鹿沼高校の3校で合同練習を行いました
まず初めに宇都宮大学のご指導のもとパス練習やスリーメンを行いました
次に練習試合を行いました
宇都宮大学、鹿沼高校、鹿沼南高校の3校+高校からバレーを始めた生徒4人と顧問の先生で組んだチーム、計4チームで総当たり戦
高校から始めた生徒たちは、コートに立って試合に出るのはこの日がほとんど初めての経験となりました
緊張や不安の中バレーボールの楽しさを肌で感じることができ、とても有意義な時間になったと思います
最後は3校ミックスで4チームを編成し試合を行いました
一緒にプレーするのが初めてで、普段とは違うポジションでプレーする選手もいました
声を掛け合い、それぞれの個性を活かしながら楽しくプレーしていました
またせっかくの貴重な機会なので高校生達は宇都宮大学の学生さんの元へ積極的に質問をしてアドバイスを頂いていました
宇都宮大学と鹿沼高校のバレーボール部の皆さん本当にありがとうございました
学んだこと、感じたことを今日から始まる夏休みの練習に取り入れていきたいと思います
