第2回 冬季英語ディベート練習会
英語部会
皆さん、あけましておめでとうございます！
今年度も英語部会をよろしくお願いします。今年は何と言っても、HEnDA主催の英語ディベート全国大会が栃木県での開催となります！
皆さん、張り切って英語の勉強を頑張っていきましょう！
さて、1月9日（月）第2回冬季英語ディベート練習会が宇高で行われました。
PDA
R1 THW ban broadcasting of suicide.
R2 THW ban single sex schools.
R3 THW make voting mandatory.
R4 THW abolish death penalty.
R5 THW punish parents whose child committed crime.
また、練習会の後に、次回開催予定のHPDU栃木県大会予選会や、前述した全国大会に関して先生方で顧問会議が行われました。
今まで練習したモーションをよく復習して、皆さん、がんばってください！

生徒の皆さん、大変お疲れ様でした。
参加校数 9校
（宇高、宇東、宇女、大高、大女、栃女、佐野、足利、作新）
参加生徒数 約 120名
Asian チーム 32チーム、PDAチーム 3チーム
合計35チーム
いつも通り、大学生がヘルプ（ジャッジ）に来ていただきました。
また、論題解説もして頂きました！いつも本当にありがとうございます。
使用したモーションは以下になります。

R1 THO glorification of coming out.
R2 THBT artists shouldn't open the concepts behind their own art.
R3 Assuming the technology that allows us to measure our own ability exists, THW decide jobs of individuals based on their abilities when they reach legal adulthood.
R4 THBT the final say in the medical treatment of minors should belong to medical professionals instead of parents. *the final say: The right to make a final decisionR1 THO glorification of coming out.
