上都賀地区バレーボール強化大会【バレーボール部】

７月２６、２７日今市高校にて上都賀地区バレーボール強化大会＆練習会が開催され参加してきました
１日目は上都賀地区の５校＋他地区の５校が参加し、９チーム（※１校は連合チーム）で３チーム×３グループでリーグ戦が行われました
対宇都宮清陵に勝利 対宇都宮東に敗戦
１勝１敗でグループリーグ２位で次のラウンドへ
各リーグの２位の３チームで順位決定戦
対矢板東に勝利 対鹿沼商工に敗戦
１勝１敗で全体５位という結果となりました
今の３年生は、１年時１勝もできませんでしたが、３年目にしてしっかりと相手と戦い自分たちのバレーボールを体現できるようになりました
暑い中よく頑張りました
２日目はオーカバレーボールクラブ＆スクールの中田先生のご指導の下練習会を行いました
午前中は全員でアップ、パス、サーブキャッチ、ディグの練習を行いました
途中から８グループに分かれ各校の顧問の先生方がそれぞれグループについて指導してくださいました
午後はスパイク練習を行った後、８チーム（１０点マッチ）の総当たり戦を行いました
学年、ポジションもバラバラで一緒にプレーをするのが初めてでしたが、声を掛け合い楽しく試合が行われていました
この２日間で多くの刺激を貰い、技術面、精神面ともに鍛えられました
夏休みで自分たちの強みを伸ばし、見つけた課題を克服していきたいです
