12月10日、「キャリア形成支援事業」の一環として、“イチゴ農家見学”に行きました！
活動報告②として、【質疑応答timeでの内容】を投稿します☆
（①は12/21に投稿しています！）
多くの質問にお答えして頂きましたが、
私たちがお伝えしたい内容を記載します！
Q.イチゴ農家としての【メリット】【デメリット】を教えてください。
A.【メリット】
・時間のコントロールができる →プライベートの時間も充実！
【デメリット】
・決まった額の収入があるわけではないので、努力が実らない可能性もある
Q.コスト面で気を遣っていることを教えてください。
A.人件費の管理や備品にかかるお金の節約
Q.いちごのブランドの未来をどう予想されますか。
A.5年後は、「とちあいか」が主流になると考えられる
今回お話をして、
農業を経営にするにあたり、お金の管理と先のことを考えることが大切だと分かりました。
中身の詰まった具体的なビジョンを持ち、前向きな気持ちで向き合うことで充実した農業経営ができるのだと思いました。
また、「農業簿記や危険物取扱者などの資格をもっていると経営面で活かすことができるよ」とも教えてくださりました！

農家さんと交流することは、もの凄く貴重な経験となります。
