牛乳料理コンクール栃木県大会に出場しました

１０月２９日（土）、公益財団法人栃木県学校給食会にて、栃木県牛乳普及協会主催の牛乳料理コンクール栃木県大会が行われました。
応募総数３９３点の中から入賞作品９点が選出され、
ライフデザイン科３年小谷静那さんの「甘栗カスタードどら焼き」が選ばれました。
当日は、緊張しながらも落ち着いて調理することができました。
結果は、優良賞をいただくことができました。
審査員の方からは、
「栗を使用することで季節感があり、カスタードは牛乳の風味が感じられ美味しい。」とコメントをいただきました。
小谷さんの感想
「緊張したけれど、今まで練習した成果を出し切ることができ、とても良い経験になりました。牛乳を手軽に美味しくとれるレシピを多くの人に作ってもらいたいです。」
