環境緑地科１年生初めての収穫です。

農業と環境を学んでいる環境緑地科１年生は枝豆とジャガイモの収穫をしました。4月に種イモを２個植え付け、今年は天候には恵まれませんでしたが、たくさんのイモを収穫することができました。２学期にはダイコンや白菜を作る予定です。

食料生産科３年「食品製造」の授業で、上都賀農業振興事務所の方を講師にお招きし、もち麦（もち性大麦）について学習しました。
今回は、栃木県で開発した新品種「もち絹香」の特徴について教えて頂きました。２学期はこの「もち絹香」を試食しながら、さらに穀類の学習を深めていきます。

令和３年７月１５日（木）普通科1年生「農業と環境」の授業で、壬生町立歴史民俗博物館 学芸員の中野先生をお招きし、講話をいただきました。壬生町の歴史・特産品などを用いたまちおこしの話を聞き、とても勉強になりました。
キクを大鉢に植え替えました

環境緑地科２年生の植物バイオテクロノジーを選択している生徒は、夏休みに入る前にキク苗を9号鉢に移し替える作業を行いました。培養土を配合し、土を固めて植えました。
