地産地消夢大賞の表彰式

12月12日（土）県庁東館４階講堂において、とちぎ地産地消夢大賞の表彰式が行われ、本校の食料生産科作物チーム（代表 神山博海）によるトウモロコシやコンニャクの栽培や保育園との交流などの取組が評価され、奨励賞を受賞しました。

上都賀地区若手農業者の協議会に食料生産科３年生３名が参加し、コロナ禍における農業学習やセロリの産地化などについて発表をしました。若手の農業後継者の人たちと大変有意義な意見交換をさせていただき、とても勉強になりました。
未来へつなぐ農業フォーラム２０２０

12月８日（火）とちぎ健康の森において、未来へつなぐ農業フォーラム２０２０が開催され、食料生産科3年中沼真結さんがパネリストとして参加しました。中沼さんは将来、死産０の和牛繁殖農家になりたいと夢を語ってくれました。

１１月２６日（木）に３年生、１１月３０日（月）に１、２年生の生徒全員に、本校で育てたブラウンスイス種の牛1頭分（きゅうろう号）のお肉（味付け肉）と畜産を学習している生徒の気持ちをまとめたプリントを添えて配布しました。きゅうろうを通して、食料生産について各家庭で考えていただくきっかけになってほしいと思います。
第３７回栃木県肉牛総合共進会に出場します

本校の雌牛「てるかね」が上都賀地区代表として選ばれ、１２月８日（火）、矢板家畜市場において開かれる第３７回栃木県肉牛総合共進会に出場することになりました。２年生の畜産の授業を選択している生徒がその様子を見学します。
