ダイコンの収穫【環境緑地科１年】

環境緑地科１年生が、今日の５・６時間目の「農業と環境」の授業で、ダイコンを収穫しました。
９月の中旬にタネを播種し、除草や土寄せなどの管理を学習しながら約２か月間栽培しました。
収穫祭も近いため、大きさを確認するために一人一本のダイコンを収穫しました。畑の状態と抜いた状態のダイコンの観察をするとともに、環境緑地科のダイコンがどのくらいのものか確認するために重さの平均値を求めました。
平均値は、葉っぱがついた状態で「１．５１３ｋｇ」、可食部だけの状態で「１．１４ｋｇ」のダイコンを収穫することができました。
