合同練習【バレーボール部】
kikkawa 3月９日（日）に矢板高校の女子バレーボール部と合同練習＆試合を行いました
はじめに矢板高校さんのウォーミングアップを一緒に行いました
３月とはいえまだまだ朝は冷え込んでいるので怪我をしないよう入念に！
次に矢板高校の顧問の先生からレシーブの基礎を学びました
初めて行うメニューもあり、そのなかでも自然と正しいレシーブの形を作る練習はとても勉強になりました
次はスリーメン
２か所に分かれて両校の先生が球出しをしてくださいました
前後左右に走り、飛び込み、体力的にきつい練習ですが、それよりもみんなで声を掛け合って良い雰囲気だったのでとても楽しかったです
サーブキャッチの練習や、サーブキャッチからスパイクを打つまでの連続的な練習も行いました！普段の練習とは違い大人数で行う練習もありましたが、役割分担を明確にし、効率良く行うことができました
最後は練習試合を行い終了
半日でしたが内容の濃い時間となりました教えていただいたことを取り入れてレベルアップしていきたいと思います
