本校で栽培したもち米（ヒメノモチ）の加工実習を実施しました。

白もちのつき方では「もちをどうたべるか」で処理の方法が違うことを知った。初めての大福づくりで、心配でしたが講師の先生方のご指導のもとつくることができてよかった。
最高に楽しい実習でした。皆の笑みがとまりませんでした。
ご指導いただいた上都賀地区女性農業士の皆様、上都賀農業振興事務所様、本日は準備からご指導まで大変貴重な体験をさせて頂きありがとうございました。先生方の知識量、手際のよさ、そして何よりチームワークさに感銘を受けました。これからも『農業』を通して多くのことを学び地域と一緒に成長していきたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。
