A Swedish appeals court on Monday reversed one of two convictions handed down by a lower court on Danish far-right agitator Rasmus Paludan, converting his prison sentence to a fine. The International Criminal Court (ICC) on Monday found a former Sudanese militia leader guilty of atrocities committed more than two decades ago in Darfur. Ali Muhammad Ali Abd-Al-Rahman, also known as Ali Kushayb, was convicted in The Hague of 31 counts of war crimes and crimes against humanity, including murder, rape and torture.
