食品安全ゼミナール講習会
食品科学科
１月２５日（金）３時限目に、食品安全ゼミナール講習会が行われました。
宇都宮市保健所薬剤師 佐々木さんにお話をしていただきました。
食品科学科２年生が参加し、「食べる量と安全性」・「食品添加物や農薬」・
「食中毒を防ぐ」・「食物アレルギー」などのテーマを、クイズ形式で分かりやすくお話していただきました。
昨年の食中毒者数（届け出有）の実際の数字などを紹介していただきながら、
『食の安全性』について学ぶことができました。
