A cargo ship reported coming under attack while in the Strait of Hormuz, the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) Centre said early on Wednesday, hours after receiving a similar report from another vessel in the area. Several Palestinians were injured overnight in renewed settler violence in the north of the occupied West Bank, reports said on Wednesday. Eight Palestinians, including a toddler, were treated, most for smoke inhalation, according to reports including those by the Palestinian news agency WAFA. One person also suffered burns.
