食料生産科【食品製造】食物アレルギー勉強会をおこないました

令和４年５月３０日（月）、食料生産科の食品製造部門の３年生は課題研究の授業で、食物アレルギーの勉強会を行いました。茂呂保育園様に協力していただき、園長先生と食物アレルギー担当の先生に講師をお願いしました。
給食を作る際の注意点、特に食物アレルギーの原因となる物質、アレルギーの傾向について、これまでの１０年間の経験に基づいたお話しを聞きました。また、給食で配慮していることや、保護者の方にお願いしていることなどについても聞くことができました。
食品を製造する際などに気をつけなければならないことを学ぶことができ、今後に生かしていきたいと思いました。
