令和３年１２月２１日（火）、下野新聞の記者さんを講師にお招きして、食料生産科、環境緑地科１年生を対象に、しもつけ新聞塾を開催しました。講師の先生から新聞の見方や読み方などをわかりやすく教えていただきました。
食料生産科 フォークリフト技能講習を実施しました

食料生産科２、３年生１８名はフォークリフト技能講習を５日間にわたり受講しました。受講した生徒は、座学、実技に意欲的に取り組んでいました。今後、総合実習や課題研究などで実践していく予定です。
【ライフデザイン科】JAかみつがとの交流事業を実施しました

JAかみつが米粉調理交流会
令和３年１２月１４日（火）、ライフデザイン科３年調理選択者１７名は、JAかみつがと調理交流会を行いました。
生徒が考案した米粉を使用したレシピで「米粉だんごのぜんざい」や「米粉のクレープ」、「米粉チーズボール」などを作りました。
お米に関する講話を聞かせていただいたり、JAかみつが産のとちおとめを使用させていただいたりして、充実した交流会となりました。

令和３年１２月２０日（月）、食料生産科３年生は、課題研究の成果発表会とデュアルシステムに参加した生徒の報告会を実施しました。生徒の課題研究のテーマは次のとおりです。これまでの成果をパワーポイントを使って説明しました。
作物 さといもの栽培研究
食品製造 トマト入りケークサクレの製造
〃 地元農産物を利用したオリジナル製品の製造
〃 野菜嫌いの人でも食べられるトマトマフィンの開発
畜産 ＳＤＧＳから考えた飼料管理

食料生産科 インターンシツプ報告会を実施しました

令和３年１２月２０日（月）、食料生産科２年生は、同１年生に向けて６月２８日から７月５日に行ったインターンシップの報告会を行いました。１年生は先輩たちの報告を聞きながら、次年度どこでインターンシップを行うか真剣に考えていました。
