５月２１日日曜日、雪伊吹６号を出荷しました。
食料生産科の生徒たちと畜産部の生徒たちが、愛情込めて育てた牛です。雪伊吹６号は、鹿沼南高等学校を去るのが寂しそうでした。
野菜苗の定植をしました

５月１９日金曜日、普通科、環境緑地科、ライフデザイン科の３年生が選択授業の野菜で、ピーマン、エダマメ、キュウリ、ナスの苗を定植しました。収穫まで、管理作業を頑張ります。
（鹿南花だより）花壇装飾を行いました

５月１１、１２日の実習で、本校花壇の装飾を行いました。
環境緑地科２年生と、自由選択科目で草花を選択している２、３年生がそれぞれ実習を行い、春の花壇苗である「ベゴニア」を用いて花壇を装飾しました。
立派な花壇なので大変な作業でしたが、みんなで協力して取り組むことができました
学校をより明るくしてくれる、素敵な花壇が完成しました
牛肉の販売実習を行いました
令和５年５月１３日（土）、食料生産科３年畜産専攻生徒は、本校で飼養管理をした肉牛の販売実習を行いました。日ごろ実施している飼養管理について、消費者の方々に説明しました。とても緊張しましたが、良い経験ができました。おいしく食べてもらいたいです。
第1回わくわくマルシェ（農産物販売）をおこないました

本日わくわくマルシェが開催されました。
わくわくマルシェとは、本校で生産している農産物を先生方と生徒で販売する即売会です！
販売体験は生徒たちにとって、普段の授業で得られない部分なので、貴重な経験となりました。今後も販売会を盛り上げていきたいと感じていました。
