【食料生産科】 上農林（かみのうりん）食品製造部門 見学研修の実施

食料生産科 2年学科選択 食品製造コースの生徒が、本校の近くにある「かぬ
ま里山わいん」様の見学を実施しました。
担当の方から、ブドウの圃場管理、ワインの製造工程、販売などについて丁寧に
教えて頂きました。
生徒達はオシャレな店舗に圧倒されながらも、店舗の建築時や販売の工夫など農
業経営の目線からも説明して頂き、真剣な眼差しで聞き入っていました。
試飲もさせて頂き、（もちろんぶどうジュースですよ）芳醇で濃厚なブドウの香
りとおいしさを味わいさせて頂きました。おいしいワインになるのも納得です。
※お酒は２０歳からですよ。
